2 teens dead, 2 hurt in Springs shooting

2 teens dead, 2 hurt in Springs shooting

That’s sad I’m sorry for the people who lost their loved ones. I’m so glad that will never happen to me. Ok it could. But I mean come on who gets so mad they have to kill people. The 4 people were shot. I feel sorry for all who were scared. A school shooting is not cool they need to step up the security a little bit more. Drive buys are not cool. I guess they get it from movies and games. Some games should be banned. Same with some movies or at least a huge warning that says you should never try it.

Conn. man arrested in Colo. in Internet sex sting

Conn. man arrested in Colo. in Internet sex sting

What is wrong with people I mean come on this kind of stuff is sick. Just a quick question; would you ever do this kind of stuff? I know I wouldn’t internet sex is just plan wrong this kind if thing sets me off. As I have said before it’s sick. Only true criminals would do this kind of stuff. I really hope you answer to my question is a instant NO. A 40-year old mad was having internet sex with a 28-year old mother and a 9-yearold daughter. According to Colorado authorities, Bates planned a nine-day trip to that state to have sex with the woman and ultimately the daughter. I think all these people should be locked up and thin put on death row. Many people need to learn when to say no to those… jerks. I hope this ends fairly soon because it’s getting worse every day. Every time I hear about this kind of thing it makes me want to get rind of my computer so it doesn’t happen to me. I guess I can move out of the country but that wouldn’t solve a thing. As I have said in almost all me sentences in different way this kind of stuff is sick.

almost 24 hours later

“2cents worth”
Almost 24 hours later

There isn’t much to talk about but I’ll do my best. I think that this new online chat for students is pretty cool students can chat with friends, classmates, and teachers if they need help. A down side is that it will cost a lot of money. But let’s not veer into the bad part lets keep it on the up side. Many students could learn more things from an online chat with a teacher or another student. Also more than 1 student can talk to a teacher if they are stuck on the same problem. As I said there isn’t much to say.

My Flickr Conundrum

“Weblogg-ed”
My Flickr Conundrum

Someone was on vacation and took about 400 frames most of them of her kids having fun. This picture shows a marvelous capture; the person who took it said “You can find this picture on the internet and send it to your friends and family and clime you have been to the place. But it doesn’t mean any thing unless you took it your self.” I think she is right a picture doesn’t mean any thing unless you took it your self. It would be nice if you were there true but if you didn’t take the picture don’t take it from someone who did. Also don’t post pictures on the internet it will not be safe.

time capsule

“The Denver Post”
Cracked-open time capsule from '57 old hat to visitor

What I think about this article is that the person who found it was really disappointed in what he found. With what he found could be worth more than he thinks. I mean come on a dollar coin dated 1922, that has to be worth a lot more now. Plus the chunk of sliver is worth a good amount of money. If he would put his childhood dreams behind him he would relies that it’s worth more money now than it was back thin. There isn’t much to this article, but, from what I can get out of this the person that opened it up was a big baby about what he found. If he found a way to travel through time and tell the person to put more stuff in their time capsule thin he could be happy. Well since he can’t he will have to settle with what he found. What I’m trying to say is that he had no control of how much fun stuff was put in there.

halo3 ^_^

^_^ yay halo3 ^_^ More than 15 million copies of the first 2 Halo game have been sold wow that’s mind blowing. They say that at midnight stores all around the world will open and over 2 million will sell the first day now that is mind blowing. 10,000 copies alone will be sold in Colorado. Now you tell me is that not mind blowing or is it. Shane Kim, corporate vice president of Microsoft Game Studios, said the success Halo 3 was an essential element in the competitive console market.
He said: "Halo 3 is the biggest franchise for Xbox. The game is going to drive a lot of Xbox 360 sales and Xbox Live subscriptions this Christmas."
If that isn’t mind busting read this part of the article: Microsoft needs Halo 3 to boost sales of the Xbox 360; despite investing billions of dollars into the Xbox project it has yet to see any meaningful profitable return
"It's far too early to say what the financial return will be for our investment," Mr Kim told the BBC News website.
Halo 3 has the chance of becoming one of the most special entertainment launches of the year
Shane Kim, Microsoft
Microsoft hopes to make a profit on its Xbox in this financial year.
"If we can't make a profit in the year Halo 3 comes out, then when will we?" said Mr Kim.
More than a million people have pre-ordered the game but that is not preventing thousands of gamers from queuing outside shops to get their hands on the title as soon as possible.
Now that is mind blowing well is it…

Never mind I don’t need to know all you need to know is that Halo3 is going to end the Halo series. Sad I know I wish it wouldn’t end I like the Halo games. ^_^ yay halo3 ^_^

Wife fired?!?

In this blogg all I have to say about it is that it really needs more work, (on the article).
I think that the writer of the article should have written something more than just the title
At first the title seams interesting which makes you want to read it. But if you click on the link it just gives you a blank screen. I personally think he should have written something and not left it blank. If you don’t believe me look for you self if you have Weblogg-ed if not I’m sorry I don’t know ho to post the article.

csap blog

here is the artical for the csap review.

13-year-old CSAP gets review

DENVER—The Colorado Student Assessment Program test given to the state's school children each year will be reviewed under a plan to help school districts improve student performance and narrow achievement gaps.
"We do believe that after 13 years it's time for us to take a look at what students need to know and be able to do," Colorado Department of Education Commissioner Dwight Jones said Thursday.
The review will look at the state standards, put in place in 1994, and determine what students at each grade level should now in each subject, followed by a review of the CSAP tests.
Jones said he expects there will be changes in standards and testing.
Other parts of the plan to help districts improve performance include recognition for schools that undertake successful, systemic school reform, a retreat for school leaders to share innovative ideas, and scholarships for 100 top high school seniors who enroll in state colleges and universities and agree to teach in hard-to-staff teaching positions when they graduate.

the future of work

A debate has taken place in the world of work. The fowling is the debate:

The rapid growth of broader, richer channels of communication–including virtual worlds–is transforming what it means to be “at work.”
Here are a couple more outtakes:
“What’s more, the modern workplace no longer resembles the factory assembly line but rather the design studio, where the core values are collaboration and innovation, not mindless repetition.”
And,
The percentage of 25- 29-year-olds with at least a bachelor’s degree has actually fallen during this decade. This raises the real possibility that this generation of young Americans may actually be less educated than the previous one, creating a growing gap between the kinds of people companies need and the workers who are actually available.
Free agency looks to be on the rise:
Complicating matters is the fact that the very idea of a company is shifting away from a single outfit with full-time employees and a recognizable hierarchy. It is something much more fluid, with a classic corporation at the center of an ever-shifting network of suppliers and outsourcers, some of whom only join the team for the duration of a single project.
And collabortive capability is becoming more and more important:
The hard part for multinationals is getting people to work well together, especially given that day-and-night collaboration across the globe is growing…Nokia is careful to select people who have a collaborative mindset…Accenture, which spent $700 million on education last year, says its 38,000 consultants and most of its service workers take course on collaborating with offshore colleagues.
